How Will I Get My Order?
All payments, whether credit or debit card, bank account or Paypal account funded, are processed by Paypal and payment is taken at the moment of order. You will then receive a Notification Of Dispatch email as soon as your order is on it's way - we endeavor to send all orders out within 2 working days although at very busy times, such as November - Dec and sale periods, this may not be possible so please do allow 7 working days total. Let us know if it's urgent!
All Australian orders are sent via standard Aus post delivery - orders over $100 are upgraded to Special Delivery free of charge. Orders sent via Special Delivery will need to be signed for upon arrival.
Orders travelling outside of the Australia are sent via standard air mail. All international orders above $100 will be sent via International Signed For air mail. International Signed For will require a signature upon arrival.
Please be aware that delivery times will vary depending upon the country the item/s are going to and the time of year. An order is not considered lost until 1 month has passed.
Do you accept non-Australian orders?
yes we do. Just add the item/s you require to your cart and checkout as usual! International postage will be automatically applied.
All international orders are sent out via Standard Airmail unless the order is more than $100 in which case, an insured service is used. Please be aware that occasionally packages get caught up in customs - any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Prices on the website are in Australian dollars - if you are ordering internationally please be aware of the current exchange rate. For example, an order of $19.90 would be approximately $16 USD.
What if an item is out of stock?
We endeavour to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, but very (very!) occasionally, an item which has been purchased may be out of stock. Hello jewellery reserves the right to refund or offer an alternative in this case.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be love your hello jewellery but if you are disatisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided the item is returned within 14 days of the date of dispatch and is in it’s original, unworn condition. This does not apply to items which have been altered to your specifications or earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense.
Please email us to arrange for a refund of your order and to obtain a returns code. All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of date of dispatch. We highly recommend using a signed for service as we can not be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on it’s journey back to us!
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
We do try to send out all purchases within 2 working days of an order being placed, but during busy times (such as the Christmas period) this may not always be possible, so do allow 7 working days in total.
If an item is really urgent, let us know!
Generally, orders shipping within the Australia normally take 1 - 2 business days to arrive.
International orders take 7-10 days to arrive.
Help! My package hasn't arrived!
If an item doesn’t arrive within 7 working days of you receiving a Notification Of Despatch email from us, then let us know. For international orders, allow 3 weeks and then drop us a line using the Contact form.
Do you have a privacy policy?
At hello jewellery, we value your privacy when shopping online and we will never pass on your details to any other company. Furthermore, your email address will only be used by us to contact you in regards to your order (i.e. an Order Confirmation or Despatch Notification).
We hate spam and anything spam associated! We do have an opt-in mailing list facility should you wish to be kept informed of any newness going on at Hello, but you will NOT be automatically added just because you have placed an order with us, we respect your inbox!
An item I would like to buy is showing up as sold out. What's up with that?
If an item is showing as “sold out” but is still available for viewing on the website, we are currently working on getting it back in stock! Most of Hello jewellerys items are hand made, it can be difficult to replace these. If you’ve absolutely fallen in love with something, contact us via the contact box and we’ll let you know if we can offer you something based on what you’ve seen instead!
Do you do wholesale?
We do offer wholesale on our range. Please drop us a message using the contact box stating which items you’re interested in, approximate quantities and a brief outline of your shop (including trading name) and any relevant contact details.
Do you accept any other forms of payment other than Paypal?
You no longer need a Paypal account to pay through paypal – yay!
But if you’d rather pay another way, we also gladly accept Money Orders or cheques. Email us your order using the contact box. We will then get back to you pronto to confirm your order and give you all the details you need!

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
